Rooted in Strength, Growing with Flow

I’m Rowan. I discovered yoga over a decade ago, and what started as a way to relieve stress and improve my physical health quickly grew into a life-changing journey. Yoga has taught me how to breathe through life’s challenges, find peace in stillness, and build strength from the inside.

For me, yoga is more than just a workout; it’s a practice that keeps my body moving and my mind grounded. It has helped me manage stress, improve my mental health, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. I’m passionate about helping others experience these same benefits through mindful movement, breathwork, and joyful expression.

In my classes, I encourage my students to focus on building mobility and stability whilst having fun along the way. I teach in various locations around Norfolk and the East of England.
