Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to improve into more advanced poses, I am happy to offer private yoga classes, taught at a local studio or at your house (if there is sufficient space to practice safely). Private sessions are a great opportunity to build confidence quickly outside of a busy studio, and can be tailored entirely to your particular needs. Classes combine a Vinyasa style practice with meditation, relaxation and breathwork exercises.

How much does it cost?
My fee for private yoga tuition is £50 per 60 minute class for one person, £75 for two people. Larger groups should contact me for a quote. Discounts are available for regular bookings. If a studio booking is required, this cost will be chargeable to you on top of the tuition fee.

I enjoy tailoring classes to mixed abilities and there’s always an option for a more powerful flow and progressing students into more advanced poses including arm balances and inversions.
